Man wounded in Wilmington gunfire

WILMINGTON, Del. (WPVI) -- A 29-year-old man was wounded in a shooting in Wilmington.

It happened around 10:00 p.m. Wednesday in the 100 block of North Van Buren Street.

The victim suffered a gunshot wounded to his leg.

He was taken to Christiana Hospital for treatment. He is in stable condition.

Police have not named a suspect or a motive.
