Manager stabbed during Dollar General robbery

NORTH PHILADELPHIA (WPVI) -- A store manager is recovering after being stabbed on the job Monday morning.

Police say it happened during a robbery at the Dollar General on the 900 block of West Girard Avenue in North Philadelphia.

The details of the incident are unclear, but police say the 24-year-old manager ended up getting stabbed in the arm.

The suspect grabbed cash and ran from the scene.

No arrests have been made.
