Missing elderly man in East Windsor, NJ found dead

EAST WINDSOR, N.J. (WPVI) -- New Jersey State Police have found the body of an 81-year-old man who was reported missing last week by his family.

Phil Brooks hadn't been seen since last week. Family members say he went to the Meadow Lakes Retirement Community in East Windsor to visit his wife.

Police announced Saturday that Brooks' body was found two miles away from his vehicle on Route 542.

Foul play is not suspected.

An autopsy will be conducted to determine the cause of death.
