MEMPHIS, Tenn. (WPVI) -- Conjoined twin girls from Nigeria have been separated, thanks to a lengthy operation at a Tennessee hospital.
Le Bonheur Children's Hospital in Memphis made the announcement Wednesday, which also happens to be the twins' first birthday.
The girls' names are Miracle and Testimony Ayeni.
They were joined together at the pelvis.
Doctors say they are doing really well.
