Detectives in Salem County, New Jersey are hoping you can help in their investigation into the death of a teenage girl.

ALLOWAY TWP., N.J. (WPVI) -- The body of a missing woman was found in the woods of South Jersey, but how she got there - and how she died - remain unknown.

New Jersey State Police say the body of 19-year-old Danyelle Minerva, of Atco, Camden County, was found at 1:48 p.m. Monday in a wooded area of Salem County.

The discovery was made by tree service workers off Woodstown-Alloway Road in Alloway Township.

Sgt. Jeffrey Flynn says her death is preliminary being investigated as suspicious, but police are still waiting to find out her cause of death.

Family and friends say a Facebook page set up to find her states she hasn't been seen since Oct. 15, 2015.
