PRINCETON, N.J. (WPVI) -- The Princeton Police Department said it will not file any charges after allegations involving a photo of a sex act.

The investigation centered on the private Tiger Inn supper club at Princeton University.

The allegations made last month indicated an intoxicated female freshman was photographed performing sex act, and the photo was shared with others.

However, on Friday, investigators said there was no evidence to support criminal wrongdoing and the investigation was closed.

The Tiger club was vandalized about a week after the accusations were made public.
