PHILADELPHIA (WPVI) -- The City of Philadelphia is cracking down on dealers and distributors who aren't complying with the new beverage tax.

The city's revenue commissioner says some businesses still haven't registered for the tax yet.

Investigators are going store to store.

If they find a place that isn't compliant, they will be fined and audited.

They also risk losing their license.

The beverage tax is expected to generate $410 million over the next five years.
