VIDEO: Philadelphia mom still missing after 3 years
A Philadelphia mother of three has been missing since 2012, now her family is hoping a reward will help find her whereabouts.

KENSINGTON (WPVI) -- Susan Primavera hasn't heard from her daughter Jill in over three years.

"She stopped contacting and I started putting my feelers out and what not and nobody had heard from her," said Primavera.

The now 30-year-old was last seen Thursday April 12, 2012 talking to a friend at the intersection of A Street and East Allegheny Avenue.

Her mother says Jill has a history of being bipolar and using drugs but none of that matters.

"I just want to tell her to come home. I mean our whole family just wants her to come home," said Primavera.

Jill has three daughters and her family says they miss her.

"They are getting old enough now and they do know that we are the grandparents and that they do have a mom and they do know their mom is missing," said Primavera.

Jill is described as a white female, 5'5" tall, about 140 pounds.

At the time of her disappearance she had blonde hair with red highlights.

She also has a couple of tattoos, one on her right arm is a picture of Jesus and on the back of her neck is a flower that reads "Gina Grand Mom".

"If anybody has seen her, just reach out and tell us or if anybody has any information on her, just please let us know," said Primavera.

As an added incentive, the Citizens Crime Commission is administering a $5,000 reward for information on the whereabouts of Jill Primavera.

All you need to do is call 215-546-TIPS (8477). All calls will remain anonymous.
