Philadelphia police search for missing 14-year-old girl

PHILADELPHIA (WPVI) -- Philadelphia police are seeking the public's help in locating 14-year-old La'Mya Green.

La'Mya was last seen around 3:07 p.m. Thursday in the area of Northeast High School in the 1600 block of Cottman Avenue.

She resides in the 6600 block of Sylvester Street.

La'Mya is described as 5 feet 1 inch tall with a thin build, brown eyes, light brown complexion and straight black, shoulder length hair.

She was last seen wearing a white shirt, tan pants and a pink hooded sweatshirt.

Police said La'Mya suffers from medical conditions that require medication.

She is known to frequent the Rolling Thunder Skating Rink as well as South Philadelphia and North Philadelphia, police said.
