HOUSTON, Texas (WPVI) -- A Texas plumber is suing a used car dealer after his work truck ended up in the hands of ISIS overseas.

The plumber, Mark Oberholtzer, says the dealer told him that his company's name and phone number would be removed before the sale.

That never happened.

The truck was sold at auction in Texas, and turned up in Turkey and Syria. ISIS militants have attached a gun rack to the truck, and pictures of it popped up on Twitter, and the Colbert Report.

Oberholtzer says that his family is getting death threats.

He explains, "Constant calls, threats - nothing about plumbing."

Oberholtzer is seeking a million dollars in that lawsuit -- money he says will be for lost business due to poor PR.
