Police search for armed bank robber in Bucks County

LANGHORNE, Pa. -- Police are searching for an armed suspect who robbed a Bucks County bank Friday afternoon.

The incident happened at the First National Bank of Newtown on the 200 block of South Bellevue Avenue in Langhorne.

According to police, the suspect walked into the bank shortly after 1 p.m., pointed a handgun at the teller and left with an unknown amount of cash.

He then fled in an unknown direction.
