Preliminary hearing in Huntington Valley home invasion murder

WILLOW GROVE, Pa. (WPVI) -- Two men accused of killing a Montgomery County father during a violent home invasion went before a judge on Wednesday.

Only Action News was there as Naadir Abdul-Ali and Desmond Smith were led into court in Willow Grove.

They are accused of storming the Huntingdon Valley home where Abdul-Ali's ex-girlfriend lived with her family back in September.

Police say the men then opened fire, killing the girl's father, 53-year-old Kevin Brown.

Both are facing a litany of charges, including murder.
