MT. LAUREL, N.J. (WPVI) -- A 23-year-old New Jersey man is behind bars after prosecutors say he used a laptop computer to share child pornography.

Daniel Caplan of Carleton Lane in Mt. Laurel is charged with Endangering the Welfare of Children through the possession and distribution of pornographic material.

The Burlington County Prosecutor's Office says investigators were led to Caplan after they received a tip from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children that someone in the area was sharing a child pornography video using a web camera streaming program.

Investigators searched Caplan's home and seized a laptop computer containing multiple pornographic images and videos of children.

Caplan was arrested and charged.

He is being held at the Burlington County Jail on $250,000 bail.
