Philadelphia police are looking for two men who stole a woman's purse from the back of her chair at a Center City restaurant.

CENTER CITY (WPVI) -- Philadelphia police are searching for two men who were caught on surveillance stealing a woman's purse from the back of her chair inside a Center City restaurant.

Police say the woman was sitting at the bar at the establishment on the 200 block of South 15th Street on July 28th.

Two unknown men can be seen standing next to her, when one of them slowly slips her purse off the chair.

Both suspects then casually left the restaurant.

Police say these two men started using her credit card within 30 minutes of leaving the restaurant.

The first suspect is described as a black male, 35-years-old, 6'0" tall, 250 lbs. with a heavy build and full beard. He was wearing a blue and white striped shirt, blue jean shorts and black sneakers.

The second suspect is described by police as a black or Hispanic light complected man, 25-years-old, 5'7" tall with a thin build and goatee. He was wearing a white t-shirt and grey shorts.
