Reported propane leak forces Bridesburg business to evacuate

BRIDESBURG (WPVI) -- A business in the Bridesburg section of Philadelphia was evacuated on Thursday because of a reported propane leak.

First responders were called to Arca Advance Processing in the 4300 block of Delaware Ave. around 10:40 a.m.

There were reports that a 1,000 pound propane tank leaking at the valve.

The company was evacuated and there are road closures in the area while officials dealt with the leak.

There have been no injuries reported.
