Reward offered in deadly shooting in Kensington
KENSINGTON (WPVI) -- Philadelphia police are offering a $20,000 reward leading to the arrest of a suspect who shot and killed a man in the city's Kensington section last year.
The incident happened back on October 22, 2015 on the 500 block of East Indiana Avenue.
That's where police found 25-year-old James Williams from the 2800 block of North Fairhill Street shot one time in the chest just after 1 p.m.
Williams was taken to Temple University Hospital where he was pronounced dead a short time later.

New surveillance video released by police shows a possible suspect running east on Indiana Avenue minutes after the shooting.
Police describe the suspect as a black male, 20 years-old, 5'6-5'9 tall with a brown complexion. He was wearing a dark colored zip-up hooded sweatshirt and sneakers.
The City of Philadelphia offers a reward of $20,000 leading to an arrest and conviction for all murders.
