Stray bullet strikes woman's front door in Frankford

FRANKFORD (WPVI) -- Police are trying to determine who opened fired after a stray bullet struck a woman's front door in Philadelphia's Frankford section.

It happened around 7:50 p.m. Friday along the 4800 block of Tackawanna Street.

Police say moments after hearing the crash, the woman called 911.

Upon arrival, police found shattered glass in her security storm door.

No one inside the home was injured.
