Teen boy injured in Claymont shooting

CLAYMONT (WPVI) -- New Castle County police are investigating the shooting of a teenage boy in Claymont.

It happened just before 1:30 p.m. Tuesday at the Stoneybrook Apartments in the 200 block of Dewey Court.

Police say a 17-year-old boy was shot in the upper body.

He is being treated at Alfred I. duPont Hospital for Children. No word on his condition.

No arrests have been made.
