FRANKFORD (WPVI) -- A 14-year-old victim was struck by a hit-and-run driver while riding a bike in the Frankford section of Philadelphia.
It happened around 9 p.m. Friday along Frankford Avenue near Unity Street.
Police say the teen was riding with friends when struck by the vehicle.
The driver did not remain at the scene, police say.
The victim was rushed to St. Christopher's Hospital for Children and is being treated for a leg injury.
Police have not released a description of the vehicle or the driver.
