At least one person was seriously injured after a car and van collided in Bucks County.

WEST ROCKHILL TWP., Pa. (WPVI) -- At least one person was seriously injured after a car and van collided in Bucks County.

Chopper 6 was over Keystone Drive and East Old State Road in West Rockhill Township, Pennsylvania.

There, shortly before 7 p.m. Wednesday, a car and van collided, rendering an occupant in one of the vehicles unconscious, police say.

The victim was rushed to Grand View Hospital. No word at this time on their condition.

The investigation is ongoing.
