Police in New Jersey are looking for a wig-wearing bank bandit.

EDGEWATER PARK, N.J. (WPVI) -- Police in New Jersey are looking for a wig-wearing bank bandit.

They say the robber is actually a man in his 20s.

He also wore white socks on his hands.

It happened at the Beneficial Bank on the 1100 block of Cooper Street in Edgewater Park at 2 p.m. Friday.

The robber threatened the teller with what appeared to be a handgun in his waistband, and said he'd shoot if they activated the alarms.

He got away on a bicycle.
