Woman shot in the back in Crescentville

CRESCENTVILLE (WPVI) -- A woman is on the mend after being shot in Philadelphia's Crescentville neighborhood.

The shooting occurred around 10:15 p.m. Monday along the 100 block of East Comly Street.

The victim believed to be in her 20s was shot in the back.

Medics rushed her to Einstein Medical Center for treatment.

So far, no arrests or word on a motive.
