Man hospitalized after shooting in Norristown

NORRISTOWN, Pa. (WPVI) -- Police say a man was shot and wounded in Norristown, Pennsylvania late Thursday night.

The shooting happened around 11 p.m. on Powell Street.

According to police, the victim somehow made it a few blocks away.

He collapsed on the 200 block of Wood Street.

Officers found a bicycle that was somehow connected to the shooting.

The victim was flown to Penn Presbyterian Hospital.

So far, there is no word on his condition.
