North Philadelphia shooting under investigation, 1 injured

PHILADELPHIA -- One person was injured during a shooting in North Philadelphia.
It happened around 10:10 p.m. Monday on the 1500 block of West Allegheny Avenue.
Police said a man was shot in the neck.
He was taken to the hospital. His condition has not been released.
No arrests have been made.
