NORTH PHILADELPHIA (WPVI) -- Police are hoping surveillance video can help them find whomever killed a man in North Philadelphia.
The victim was shot along the 3000 block of North Carlisle Street around 9:45 p.m. Tuesday.
Police say bullets hit the 26-year-old victim's head, torso, and legs.
They believe he was the intended target and think drugs may be a possible motive.
Investigators say he was shot with two guns at close range.
The victim was rushed to the hospital but didn't survive.
