Paradigms in nursing leadership

CENTER CITY (WPVI) -- Nurses gathered in Philadelphia to hear the diagnosis of their profession.

They attended the Paradigms in Nursing Leadership conference at the Pennsylvania Convention Center.

A panel of experts discussed the state of nursing, and how nurses can take on a larger role.

The Independence Blue Cross Foundation helped put together the conference.
