OLNEY (WPVI) -- Two people were hurt after two vehicles collided and one crashed into an appliance store in the Olney section of Philadelphia.
The crash happened around 1:30 a.m. Saturday near the intersection of North 5th Street and Roosevelt Boulevard.
Police say when the vehicles collided, the impact sent an SUV into a light pole and onto its roof.
The second vehicle, a sedan, also hit a light pole then continued crashing into the front of an appliance store.
The driver and the passenger of that car were taken to the hospital with various injuries. Both are in stable condition.
L&I was called to the scene to check the stability of the store structure.
Police are checking to see if speed played a factor in the crash.
