Man charged with stealing packages off porches in Wilmington

WILMINGTON, Del. (WPVI) -- Wilmington police nabbed a suspected porch pirate.

Officers found 48-year-old Jamie Garrison minutes after they say he stole a package from outside a home on the 1700 block of West 14th Street on June 12th.

Police say he had multiple stolen packages from different addresses.

The items have been returned to Garrison's alleged victims.
