Parking lot attendant shot during attempted robbery

PHILADELPHIA (WPVI) -- A parking lot attendant is recovering after being shot in the arm during a robbery in the Society Hill section of Philadelphia.

The 51-year-old man was shot just before 6 a.m. Saturday at a garage in the 200 block of Lombard Street.

He was taken to Thomas Jefferson Hospital in stable condition.

Police have not released any information on a possible suspect.
