Pedestrian struck and killed in city's Feltonville section

FELTONVILLE (WPVI) -- A 32-year-old man was killed after being hit by a car in Philadelphia's Feltonville section.

Police say the victim was hit shortly before 5:30 a.m. Saturday near the intersection of Whitaker and Wyoming Avenues.

The driver did stop at the scene.

So far police have not identified the victim.

There is no word on any charges at this time.
