Pedestrian struck on Admiral Wilson Boulevard in Camden, New Jersey dies

CAMDEN (WPVI) -- A man struck by a driver on the Admiral Wilson Boulevard in Camden Thursday morning has died.

It happened near Baird Boulevard around midnight.

Police say the 42-year-old victim was near the pedestrian walkway.

Officers closed the westbound lanes during the investigation.

The driver was stopped on the eastbound side.

Police have not released the victim's name.

The crash remains under investigation.
