Transplant patient meet and greet

NORTHEAST PHILADELPHIA (WPVI) -- People waiting for an organ transplant and people who have already received one came together to share their stories Friday.

Einstein's Center for Organ Disease and Transplantation in Northeast Philadelphia hosted its annual patient education day.

Living donors and recipients spoke to the group.

It was a touching and lively event with a music DJ and food.

About 100 patients and their families were there.
