Dog shoots hunter in the foot

A dog's actions led to the shooting of a hunter in northern Indiana.

The 10-year-old chocolate Lab coincidentally named Trigger stepped on the trigger of the hunter's shotgun.

The gun discharged, shooting the hunter in the foot.

The hunter is okay.

Police say this should serve as a reminder to activate a gun's safety lock when it is not in use.
