12th Annual PAWS Mutt Strut held at Phila. Navy Yard

PHILADELPHIA (WPVI) -- Dogs took over the Philadelphia Naval Yard for the 12th annual PAWS Mutt Strut.

Some of them showed up in their Halloween costumes, one dog was a taco.

Others showed off their skills dressed up as a lion who was willing to jump through fake flames.

The event was also a chance for people to meet some of the adorable dogs looking for homes.
