Man, 23, shot dead in North Philadelphia

PHILADELPHIA (WPVI) -- Police say a 23-year-old man was shot and killed in North Philadelphia early Tuesday morning.

It happened around 3 a.m. on North Water Street near East Somerset Street.

The victim was shot several times in the back. He had no identification.

So far, there are no arrests or word on a motive for the deadly shooting.
