Crash brings down wires in Kensington, driver injured

PHILADELPHIA (WPVI) -- A driver was injured after crashing into a utility pole in the Kensington section of Philadelphia.

The impact of the crash brought down wires on C Street near Indiana Avenue around 12:25 a.m. Monday.

The driver was taken to the hospital with multiple injuries.

PECO was called to the scene to repair the wires.

Authorities are investigating what caused the driver to lose control of the vehicle.
