A banner from Dallas Cowboys fans flew over the Linc Sunday while plans to fly an Eagles banner over Cowboys training camp were canceled.

PHILADELPHIA (WPVI) -- A banner from Dallas Cowboys fans made to taunt Eagles fans was flown over training camp practice Sunday at Lincoln Financial Field.

The banner read: "WE STILL DEM BOYZ! #SACKSCOMIN!"

Cowboys fans claim this is pay back after Eagles fans planned to fly a banner of their own over Cowboys camp that would read, 'We've got DeMarco"

However the the Eagles banner never took the air and rumors swirled after a deadly plane crash at Compton/Woodley Airport on Sunday.

There were false reports that the plane involved was the one slated to fly the Eagles banner.

However Action News spoke to the pilot of that plane and he confirmed that he was not able to fly because the deadly crash shut down the airport.

As for the Cowboys banner, the Dallas Morning News reported Greg Hardy paid $300 to help fund the project.

Hardy is suspended for the first four games of the season for a domestic violence incident.

The 26-year-old defensive end is new to the Cowboys-Eagles rivalry after playing his first five seasons for Carolina.

Fans at Lincoln Financial Field booed the plane.

So what to the Birds have to say about it?

"They said Greg Hardy paid money to fly it over - a waste of money. Whatever - kinda stupid to me," said Lane Johnson.

"It's no big deal. We're not concerned about them but it seems like they're concerned about us," said DeMeco Ryans.

"It was interesting. I had heard rumors about that obviously it doesn't really mean anything at all but we'll be ready when we play them Week 2," said Connor Barwin.
