PHILADELPHIA (WPVI) -- The Philadelphia Eagles have placed linebacker Jordan Hicks on the season-ending Injured Reserve list with a left pectoral tendon tear.

Hicks suffered the injury in Sunday night's 33-27 overtime win at Dallas.

According to the Eagles, Hicks said he injured his pectoral towards the end of the game; shortly after, he said he felt "pretty good but will have to wait and see."

In the game, Hicks had a 67-yard interception return for a touchdown for the Eagles (4-4) in just the second overtime game for teams that have met 114 times.

The rookie led the Birds in tackles with 49 this season.
