PHILADELPHIA (WPVI) -- A creative young man living with cerebral palsy got his moment in the spotlight at the Kimmel Center.

Twenty-year-old Thomas Ellison performed in his wheelchair to a musical number he co-developed.

It was part of the show called "The Hits Re-imagined," presented by Broadway Dreams.

The international organization connects aspiring artists of all backgrounds with entertainment professionals.
