CENTER CITY (WPVI) -- It took firefighters an hour to rescue a man who became trapped inside a high-rise building under construction in Center City Philadelphia.
The incident began at 11:30 p.m. Thursday at 15th and Chestnut streets.
Police say two men were on the 40th floor when one fell and got stuck in a shaft.
The man suffered a broken arm.
Police are working to determine how and why the men gained access to the construction site at that hour.
