PHILADELPHIA (WPVI) -- Philadelphia police are investigating a homicide in the city's Juniata Park neighborhood.

Police were called to the scene after 6 p.m. Friday in the 4300 block of Potter Street.

Officers arrived to find a man in his late teens or early 20s shot once in the forehead and once in the back. He was discovered near the Frankford Creek.

They had to use a ladder to get down a wall to the body.

Police believe the victim was killed somewhere else and dump near the creek. They are hoping surveillance cameras can provide information.

The victim was pronounced dead at the scene.

So far, no arrests or word on a motive.
