Mayor, Council Pres. field ideas from 9th Graders

WEST PHILADELPHIA (WPVI) -- Philadelphia Mayor Jim Kenney and Council President Darrell Clarke put on their student hats Monday in West Philadelphia.

They listened to ninth graders at the Workshop School, who shared their ideas to increase energy efficiency.

Philadelphia is considered one of the greenest cities in the country, a trend that lawmakers want to continue.
