JUNIATA (WPVI) -- Philadelphia firefighters rescued two people from a burning home in the city's Juniata section.



The fire broke out at 1:45 a.m. Saturday.



When crews arrived, flames were shooting out of the home in the 4100 block of J Street.



Once firefighters got the flames under control they found a man and woman were still inside.



The woman was rushed to Temple University Hospital for treatment. There was no immediate word on her condition.



The man was not injured.



Fire investigators are working to determine what caused the fire.
