Dozens of bikers take over Vine Street Expressway

CENTER CITY (WPVI) -- If you were driving on the Vine Street expressway Sunday afternoon, you probably got caught in an unusual traffic jam.

Dozens of kids, teens, and adults on bikes were captured on video weaving through traffic on the busy highway around 3:30 p.m..

The local vintage store Jinxed posted the video on Instagram, where you can see

about 100 daring bikers taking over I-676, which, of course, is no place for bicycles.

Dave Silver posted a similar scene from his vantage point to Twitter, where it went viral.

Police Public Affairs tell Action News that they are aware of the videos and they're trying to get to the bottom of it all.

So far, there's been no word of any accidents or injuries.
