Philadelphia police ID Jeep battery theft suspect

PHILADELPHIA (WPVI) -- Philadelphia police are asking for the public's help finding a suspect responsible for a string of battery thefts since May.

He has been identified as 41-year-old Juan Carlos Lugo.

Police say Lugo appears to be targeting mostly Jeep Wranglers.

Anyone with information on Lugo's whereabouts is asked to contact police.
