SEPTA police search for suspected scammer

PHILADELPHIA (WPVI) -- SEPTA police want riders to be on the lookout for a suspected scammer.

They say a man offered to help riders unfamiliar with the transit system, took their Key Cards and swapped them with valueless Key Cards.
