WEST PHILADELPHIA (WPVI) -- The Action Cam was on the scene of a four-vehicle crash in West Philadelphia Thursday night.

It happened around 9 p.m. along 59th Street near Master Street.

Police said a white car, believed to be stolen, was being pulled over for a motor vehicle infraction. It was heading north along 59th Street at a high rate of speed when it crossed over the intersection and took a red light, striking the front of a southbound car that was occupied by a woman.

Police said the woman's car then careened into a 16-year-old pedestrian, breaking his ankle.

According to investigators, the white car then struck two parked cars, one of which was occupied by a man.

The man was taken to Penn Presbyterian hospital where he is in stable condition.

The pedestrian was taken to Children's Hospital of Philadelphia where he is in stable condition.

The woman was taken to Lankanau hospital where she is in stable condition.

Police said the two occupants of the stolen white car were taken to Hahnemann Hospital to be evaluated. They said they will be charged with aggravated assault and theft of auto.
