Woman hospitalized following shooting in Strawberry Mansion

STRAWBERRY MANSION (WPVI) -- A man has been arrested after a woman was found shot in the Strawberry Mansion section of the city.

The Action Cam was on the scene at North 17th Street and Lehigh Avenue, where the woman was found a little after 12:30 a.m. Sunday.

The 40-year-old woman suffered a gunshot wound to the shoulder.

After an investigation, police took a 30-year-old man into custody in connection with the shooting.

The victim was taken to Temple University Hospital where she is in stable condition.
