SUV slams into Ellsworth Street home following accident

SOUTHWEST PHILADELPHIA (WPVI) -- An SUV slammed into a home in Southwest Philadelphia Sunday afternoon.

It happened in the 6100 hundred block of Ellsworth Street around 3:30 p.m.

One person was transported to Penn Presbyterian Medical Center for treatment.

Investigators said the accident was the result of a multi-vehicle crash at a nearby intersection.
