Man critical after being shot in face in city's Tioga section

TIOGA (WPVI) -- A man has been rushed to the hospital after being found shot in the face in the city's Tioga section.

Police say the 41-year-old was found just before midnight Tuesday on the front lawn of a vacant property on the 1400 block of West Venango Street.

He's in critical condition right now.

Officers found seven spent shell casings in the area.

So far, there is no word on suspects or a motive.
